I had a frustrating experience at this resort. Upon arrival, my rooms were not ready, and when we finally checked in, they were in poor condition. The staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed, which added to our disappointment. On the bright side, the swimming pool was decent, providing a nice area to relax. However, overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
